The Challenge:

A growing hospitality venue operating a boutique hotel, restaurant, and bar was experiencing ongoing issues with unreliable guest WiFi across its site. Customers regularly complained about slow speeds, connection dropouts, and poor coverage in guest rooms and outdoor areas, particularly during busy periods. The business had also outgrown its existing setup, which had been pieced together over time using different providers and consumer-grade equipment. The wireless infrastructure was redesigned to provide reliable coverage across guest rooms, dining areas, reception spaces, and outdoor seating locations. Access points were strategically positioned to eliminate dead zones and improve performance during peak trading hours when large numbers of guests were connected simultaneously. To reduce the risk of downtime, a backup internet connection was also implemented to ensure continuity should the primary service fail.
